Please read and understand how our dog boarding policies below
We do require a meet and greet for dog boarding so we can meet the dog(s) and better serve them and the dogs will be separated from our daycare dogs and will be taken of separately from them. As a facility that will only intake a small amount of dogs on a daily basis, we will be able to tell which dogs can play with each other and which ones cannot. We base this on a few factors such as size, age, play style, and more.
If your dog shows body language of being scared or not-friendly, do not worry! We have staff on hand that will make sure that they will get the attention and play time they need. We will intake any breed and any age as long as they have at lease their first round of shots and updated as well.
Our boarding policy does not require that your dog be spayed/neutered but we do need to be aware if they are aggressive of people. This will help keep them safe, our staff, and other dogs. If your dog deems unsafe for our facility, we will contact you and or your emergency contact to come pick up the dog.
We use a software called Paw Partner and this is in place to make your life easier when it comes to you and your dog. This platform is where you will book any services after the first time. A link will be sent to you so that you can make an account for your dog. You can see pictures posted, update vaccines, schedule appointments, pay your invoice, and more! You will find our policies on there as well to read over and sign.
Reservations for dog boarding can made through our Paw Partner app and will need to be approved by our staff. Making a reservation does not mean that you have booked that time, it is only until you are approved and you get confirmation are you booked. Payment will be due upon approval.
We know that things happen and you may need to cancel your dog boarding . You can cancel at any time however, refunds will only be given if you cancel at least 14 days before your arrival date, unless we can re-book the reservation. When you book and confirm with us we are taking that time off the calendar for someone else. We do not have a product that we can just put on the shelf if you cannot make it. So please note this in our policy.
All dogs must have current vaccination records on file with Paw Partner. We do not require but highly recommend having your dog on a flea/tick preventative up-to-date while they are here. Please look at Paw Partner to see what vaccines we require while your dog stays with us.
All vaccinations should be uploaded to Paw Partner no less than 72 hours prior to your dog coming to us. Failure to do so may result in your boarding reservation being canceled. Your deposit will not be refunded.
After your appointment is confirmed, you can schedule your check-in time anywhere between Monday-Friday 8:00am- 5:00pm, and 10:00am-3:00pm on Saturdays, Sundays, and Holidays. Dogs must be checked out by 3:00 pm on the scheduled pick-up date will be charged a pro-rated daycare fee of $35 Monday-Friday and $40 for holidays. Dogs who are not picked up by 6:00 pm will be boarded for another night at their current rate. Any added fees will be charged to the card on file to Paw Partner.
Please make sure that your dog has a quick release collar. If you don't have one, in most cases, we have one your dog can borrow while they are here. If possible, please bring your dog's food in prepackaged disposable bags, correctly portioned for each meal. Label meals if there are any differences between your dogs meal. We're happy to accommodate dogs who are on a raw or other special diet.
Bring any medications, vitamins, or supplements, in the original bottle if possible. We're able to give oral and topical medications only. There is no charge for dispensing medications. You may bring bedding as long as it's clean, is machine washable, and has your name on it. We want your dog(s) to feel at home as much as possible so if they have a favorite toy, you may bring it as long as it's not a squeaker. Please do not bring in rawhide or other toys like ropes or stuffed animals. We will have food and water bowls on hand that are cleaned and sanitized so you do not need to bring those. Any other questions please ask.
WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY LOST OR DAMAGED ITEMS
